- 222Snaps1 day ago1.0Against my better judgement ( horrible customer service in the past) I used this location today. I walked in and there were no customers. A female employee behind the counter looking down. I stood there and waited for a greeting ( never happend). I finally asked if she could help me. She said not being and raised the scanner. I presented the QR code and then the item. A receipt was printed nd thrown in the counter. I will never go to the store again. I have another close by in Washington Blvd. They have great customer service.
- OWOP WWJan 24, 20261.0I would give 0 star id I can. Owner is rude and impatient. I just asked him to add 1 more tape around he package as the box is flimsy. He called me ridiculous. Mind you my box only has 1 short piece of tape holding up. I went to another ups store to do my business instead.

- GJGeoff JenningsDec 5, 20253.0I don't think the owners set the pricing for shipping, so I can't blame them, but I wish I had gone to the post office to save some money. $29 to ship a 4lb box to reno is silly. Post office would have been cheaper but I was here and we had already done the label and the old guy helping was nice enough so I felt bad leaving. So I paid but probably won't be back.
