  They can be really rude and they lose a lot of packages. When something goes wrong they make you call corporate and corporate tells you to talk to the store. It's fine if you wanna drop off a prepaid return or something small

  Clean and organized store, friendly, and helpful staff! Even when the store is very busy, the staff remain calm and efficient.

  The staff is amazing. They are super helpful and very patient. They go above and beyond. They are not just providing a package or mail service they help and make it easy to take care of what you need to do . If it's to return a package or pick up one or to get your mail they make it easy..

  This is by far the best UPS store. Not because of the store, but because of the workers. Monique and the younger Asian gentlemen make my experience particularly great every time and always brighten my day. Literally the only UPS store I'll go to. Always quick, kind, accurate, and helpful beyond belief. I love this UPS store!

  This store is conveniently located on Washington Boulevard and Hill. The staff here is always friendly and they ensure the line moves quickly. They even helped me a couple of times carrying a heavy shipment. They seem like they all get along there which is a nice feeling to see.
