Box was crushed and opened and two parts of the blender are missing. They had Monica, a different employee give me back item and she refused to honor insurance, nor refund my shipping money. After much back and forth she begrudgingly gave me back the shipping cost, but REFUSED TO COMPENSATE ME FOR THE MISSING PARTS OF THE BLENDER WHICH HAD BEEN SHIPPED! Why pay insurance if they refuse to give you cost when UPS DAMAGED AND STOLE PARTS OF MY PACKAGE! Total RIP OFF! Will report this THEFT TO CORPORATE! Shippers BEWARE!!!!!
