I guess is my fault for not asking, but the person who helped was very rude, and just wanted to finish. If you don't ask they don't tell you. A sorry, won't replace my package!

Hopefully her manager can work with her on customer service skills because the body language & attitude were not appropriate for working with what I imagine is dozens of customers on a daily, likely repeat basis. Don’t assume that every person knows or understands every kind of return/tracking number/nuance for various retailers - you are the subject matter expert so you should be happy to answer questions & give advice in your role.
