Hopefully her manager can work with her on customer service skills because the body language & attitude were not appropriate for working with what I imagine is dozens of customers on a daily, likely repeat basis. Don’t assume that every person knows or understands every kind of return/tracking number/nuance for various retailers - you are the subject matter expert so you should be happy to answer questions & give advice in your role.
