One of my visits I had lots of issues self printing & Alex didn’t hesitate to take the time & help me out herself .. which was amazing cause I would have just scrapped the whole project had she not stepped in .. today I was able to grab her name but 10/10 appreciate the welcoming vibe & positive attitude at every hour !

His policies are inconsistent, just looks at you with a blank stare when you ask a question, and undermines his team in their actions and decisions. The front line staff appear to fear taking one wrong step or saying 1 wrong thing when he is around. Assistant managers do not hesitate to shame customers to win favor points with him. So disappointing.
