After verifying who I am with my ID, this guy Charles wanted to see a utility bill with my name and the wrong address on it before releasing the package to me?!? Even after I explained the address is wrong I don’t have anything to show that address. Very rude and unhelpful and requires further training to understand what wrong address means.
