I was warned it may pixelate but was in a hurry as much needed to be done. Well when I came in it was only pixelated to a minor degree but my father had a skin color akin to Donald Trump's. My father was not, nor was ever a Republican. The staff at Fed Ex went above and beyond for me and my dad. They made a new one right on the spot that, though not perfect was not Trump orange. I was not charged not a penny. I will most certainly be back for future needs.

FedEx emailed me saying my poster was “ready for pickup.” When I arrived, I was shocked to see they had printed someone else’s poster instead of mine. Then the nightmare started: they told me to wait 5–10 minutes, then told me they couldn’t open my file and asked me to go home and email it. While I was driving home, they called saying they could suddenly view my file, so I rushed back. Once I got there, they told me to wait another 15–20 minutes, and then said the machine had to be restarted, adding yet another 15 minutes delay. At this point I honestly felt like they were playing games with me. The instructions kept changing, the delays never stopped, and nobody even apologized. In total, I wasted over an hour for something that was supposedly “ready.”
