I did not have high expectations from the Paramount post office based on past requested experiences although the few times I walked in for counter service, employees were efficient and most helpful. Mail carriers are hardworking and deserve some recognition. After getting an online confirmation number and printing it out, I waited for the first day to see if they would honor my request. Of course, they hadn't and continued to deliver mail even after I reached out online with a complaint to ask why my mail was still being delivered. My service request (complaint) number was generated regarding failure to hold mail. Again, no response from anyone. Calling their phone number never gets answered. Failure on all levels.

They don't like your job if he doesn't like his job or having a bad day why is he making a bad day for others just go home. Bad customer service.
