They wonder why Less and less people are using postal services…this a summary. I could add more but I don’t think they could even interpret it or afford to make changes. And the young guy stared me down lol I wasn’t even being helped by him. Of course there were people in line. He must have been interested in my issue that still didn’t get resolved.

- MGMariia GalaevaJan 6, 20261.0Yesterday, my package was rejected simply because it didn't have an additional label (a black and white rhombus) that I unfortunately didn't know about (since it was a return package, I printed the return label from the website). When I asked if I could buy this sticker at the post office, I was told to go home and print it myself. Are you serious??? You don't have these stickers that you require?? The most unfriendly and rude manager I have ever encountered in a government institution.
