- ACAlexey CheprakovAug 13, 20251.0Today my wife went to this branch to find a package she had dropped off five days ago, but the package is still not in the system. The postal service employee said the package had never arrived there. The employee was also very rude and indifferent, making no effort to help resolve the issue - she simply, like a robot, kept repeating the same phrase: “The package never arrived here.” When my wife asked if there was a security camera and whether it was possible to somehow verify that she had dropped off the package, she received a short and rude reply: “No!” I'm very disappointed with this office, as well as with the behavior of some staff.

Also, on numerous occasions incoming mail for the holidays from my family that has contained gift cards has mysteriously disappeared. Delays with outgoing mail is also an issue. Example, I recently sent out a card which was scheduled to arrive in 3 days per USPS receipt, but didn't arrive until 1.5 weeks later. Would not recommend.
