- BBBlakeMar 11, 20261.0AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! THIS PLACE IS A SCAM!!! Deserves no star! Believe the other low reviewers here! This place doesn’t care about your mail or package. They lie and give you misinformation so they can get paid extra. Paid for priority mailing and was suppose to get there in 2-3 days. Checked tracking and it hasn’t even left the state yet. Also, the worst employees support. Contacted them and they didn’t even care to help. This place seems more like a call center scam from abroad. TRUST ME and STAY AWAY AS FAR AS POSSIBLE!!!!

- EMErik MayfieldJan 22, 20261.0The staff were rude and unhelpful. Told me I couldn't ship a package in a Manufacturer's box, I asked why, they never explained and just said all ups stores do this. They then tried to get me to buy a 5$ plastic bag. I walked away and research that the package I am trying to send is in fact compliant with ups shipping policy. I would not recommend using this store and would recommend sending packages through FedEx instead.
