While there at around 1215 on a Wednesday I asked a man wearing suspenders a question about mailing out EDDM, which cost me $1,230.80. There was one person in line, behind me. When I asked a question as to what to do, as the post office selected to mail was burned down.... His response was " I don't know, look it up on the Internet.....NEXT." This employee had zero empathy, zero caring, and just did not care about helping me at all. THIS POST OFFICE IS USELESS. But nothing will change because nobody at the POST OFFICE cares, and the lack of worry about needing to remain employed is missing and so, nobody cares. Maybe if the Post Office HAD TO BE profitable it would be better? If you doubt this try to get an answer as to why the mail you were informed via the app, does not arrive. Try calling...no answer, try asking the mail person that has the daily delivery route. Shrug of the shoulders. Have an accident, caused by a postal truck, resolved. Good luck because the do not care, and even with front and rear cameras documenting everything....it stll take at least 6 months before they will even look at the claim. The problems run deep at the Post Office and the employee that just blew me off today once again demonstrates this. Watch the videos I have included...

How are you listed as accepting packages of any size if this doesn’t work. Was told to go to another USPS in bay shore…. They were on lunch break. Hate USPS
