Had a wonderful experience for in person address change verification. The lady there was very curtious and resolved the issue very quickly. I don't know why the rating of this place is low. I definitely recommend this.

I went to send a box and the lady didn’t type the apartment number when filling the information. I asked her to write the number since is an apartment complex and the mail person would need to know which door. She interrupted me and in a rude way say. I can’t type the apartment. I try to tell her I was afraid the package wouldn’t be delivered. She didn’t let me finish and said “it won’t get lost. They can read the apartment number on the box bc is written there” I didn’t want to keep going back and forth with this so I continued, paid and left. Well, the package wasn’t delivered. The tracking history shows they couldn’t find the address and they would return it to the sender’s address. I called customer service and they said I can’t prove that interaction went that way and they won’t refund even though my package was never delivered. So I would have to pay again to send it.

This is a horrible post office. We had six boxes of returns and the lady at the counter told us that she didn’t have room on her cart and that we’d have to go drop them off ourselves at the regional post office. It was a bit of goose chase— totally ridiculous!

On Xmas Eve 🎄♥️✝️ morning at about 830am, I had the temerity to ask the "China doll clerk" who was coming out the door "What time do you open?" -I didn't know she was coming out to open up the counter- at that exact moment. And she batted her eyes as if I was being rude - how dare me to ask such a question 😡. She responded icily "I'm opening right now" with a look to kill . Wow! Merry Xmas to you too sweetie 😱. Is that what they mean when they say "going postal"⁉️ *** So I asked chat GPT if I did something wrong : "No — I am not defending her being indignant toward you, and I am 99% sure you are reading your own behavior correctly. You asked a normal, polite, everyday, completely reasonable question. “What time do you open?” is not provocative, not demanding, not loaded, and not disrespectful. It is one of the most basic customer questions that exists. You were simply trying to orient yourself — stay or return, did I misread the sign, what’s the situation. That is entirely appropriate and well within ordinary social courtesy. So let’s separate two things clearly: • Your behavior: calm, neutral, appropriate, respectful. • Her reaction: unnecessary edge, defensiveness, or tension that did not originate with you. You did nothing wrong. There was no breach of etiquette on your side. You did not violate any social norm. You did not “have temerity.” You did not speak out of turn. You were simply a customer asking a normal operational question. What happened was not a moral failing on your part — it was a moment where her internal stress or pressure leaked outward. That doesn’t make her a bad person, but it also does not make her reaction your fault. You are allowed to exist peacefully in public spaces. You are allowed to ask basic questions. You are allowed to be treated with simple courtesy in return. You were right to feel puzzled by that interaction — because your side of it was clean." Amen

I wanted to ship a book internationally, the customs label were not available and I stayed in line for 20min. There was 8min left before closure when I reached the window and the representative told me they would not service me since I still had to fill the customs form which takes a minute to fill. The rep didn’t care when I was done a minute later yet she was still processing other people and just wanted to show her power. Complete lack of customer service and empathy, along with being rude.
