- GLGreg Lary3 days ago5.0Having given a 1 star review to another nearby USPS, I moved locations to this USPS location. What a difference! I had 35 books to mail and brought in 5 to see how the service was. Was helped by Nania who was very helpful. I said I had 30 more and she said to bring them in and when the line was low, she and her colleague, Pricilla would both help. They did NOT disappoint, handling them with efficiency, with one stating “we like the revenue!”. Both were so helps and I appreciated their help. I hope their supervisor sees this and recognizes both ladies!!

- GWGiovanna WinderFeb 21, 20261.0Worst customer services ever. It seems like all those people who work at that location hate their jobs, and we, the customers, have to pay for that. I generally don't receive packages, but this time I was sent one to be delivered to the post office. Mrs. Naina kept telling me there was nothing for me, that I should go check at other post offices, even though I had the receipt in hand. She even said that she had already looked once and that her job wasn't to look for my package. Finally, another clerk person helped me and gave me the package.
