They act like they are the customers and pick up on everything: too many items, packages too heavy, delay in getting the scan codes, early closing time, poor packaging, and trying to sell you overpriced items. Also, I’ve had return packages refused because they mixed up the labels and there is no way to fix that. Seriously, that’s how you do business in this community.

When I tried to explain the situation, the staff refused to give me my package even though I had all the information and proof from Amazon. They were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. It makes no sense that a customer can’t get their own package just because of a system mistake between Amazon and UPS. I left extremely frustrated — the employees clearly don’t care about customer service at all. I would never recommend this location to anyone.
- LPLi PiOct 3, 20251.0These guys will routinely refuse packages for drop off because they don’t have the appropriate box. They require a new brown shipping box. If you repurpose old packaging, it doesn’t count. A tin can doesn’t count either, despite being strong enough. You have a good chance of getting your return refused here, but they can sell you the appropriate packing box. Other UPS stores have no such policy, and will happily take whatever box you bring in. I’ve always gotten my refused packages shipped out at a different UPS store with no change to packaging.
