For example the Stanford Tresidder Union Fedex and USPS are just completely incompetent. Given that, it’s amazing how good people here are. First, they are actually trying to help - when the staff inside see more people waiting in line they actually come out and help! Unlike most other places. Second, they are SMART - you give them 5 things each requiring a different treatment, they can actually handle it without mistake. Third, they are FAST - as soon as you’re seen by a staff, things are done in a minute. They are all super cool people.
- WWWillAug 31, 20171.0Just finished up at this store and it was a horrible experience. Talked down quite a bit by Andre, and Tyler laughed when I asked a question. I wasn't needing much done either. Needed to print a Amazon return label which I do quite often at other stores. Andre said I couldn't email it to the store, even though it was advertised on UPS store as being able to. I also had a second way to print the file, with a SD card on the printer. Did not work and when I asked Andre, he said "he doesn't know". Incompetent and not friendly. I asked Andre if I could see the manual to the printer because it clearly has a SD card on the side, and his coworker named Tyler laughed at me. Extremely rude service and I get along with most people. I usually never have to deal with bad service, and I never write reviews, but these two men are not professional and the owner and other customers need to know. I can't be the only one who had a bad experience with these employees. I hope this is resolved. In the meantime I will find another ups store.
