Yesterday there was an incorrect printing of a document on both sides of the page on high quality paper - So I came back today to reprint, and they not only reprinted the 10-page document, but they also printed 5 other pages/docs for free to make up for my 2nd trip. It was such a refreshing customer service. experience! Coming back for all my printing!
