And the Palo Alto branch in particular has been extremely helpful with the Self-Service large format, printers, and any other printing services. Yesterday there was an incorrect printing of a document on both sides of the page on high quality paper - So I came back today to reprint, and they not only reprinted the 10-page document, but they also printed 5 other pages/docs for free to make up for my 2nd trip. It was such a refreshing customer service. experience! Coming back for all my printing!

I stayed 20min after their closing time on a Sunday, and they never made me feel that I was bothering them. Fernando in particular was extremely professional.
