  Update 3/25/25-- just received an email notifying me of my reviews on google and I go look at them and notice that Ms. Golden has removed my review from google or hid it, not sure why it is t showing up except for her 5 star ones, but for some reason she doesn't want the truth out there. Previous reviews posts below!! If I could give negative stars or none at all I would have, so here is an update from my previous review in regards to my personal experiences with DENTU-TEMPS. After about 4 years working and only temping with Dentutemps I have had many issues with Kim Golden (now owner). On many occasions and incidences I has truly tried many times to overlook her unprofessionalism and her rude and unprofessional behaviors and approach, however after many attempts I have come to the conclusion that on a professional or personal level I would never work with Kim Golden or with Dentu-Temps EVER again!!!! KIM has not only bad mouthed me in the dental field but has also been very hostile, and HER BRASSIN and harassing text messages with me have caused me much undue stress and anxiety working in the Bay Area the past few years. She has on NUMEROUS occasions accused me of behaviors and unjust work ethic that are so far beyond truth and she does this all before she even knows your side of any story ( nor does she even care to ask your side or want to hear anything you have to say) and is quick to point fingers and blame her employees. One day she may be praising your work and giving you feedback from offices on your great work, to the next day slandering and belittling you then telling you that you cost her money and fires you and tells you to find your own work (all while cursing you out) and that your not welcome to take work from her schedules. I have never worked with an agency where the owner has no patience or respect for their employees. I would steer far away from this agency and run. I would be more then happy to share specifics if anyone is interested as it's all very well documented as she does not communicate via phone conversations. I truly wish Kari was back and that Kim never took over this company. Kim is very rude and disrespectful and I caution anyone looking to use her agency as a dental placement for temp work or otherwise. Just an FYI: my previous review was made at Kim's request as she was having issues when she first took over the agency and begged for me to do a review for her. Well it looks likes those previous bad reviews were just and she in fact very much deserved the reviews. Feedback is important in our industry and as small of a world as the dental field is we have to speak up for one another. If you can't trust your employer to stand by you, then who can you trust! I will continue to pray she does better and treats others with more decency and respect then she did me! But GOOD RIDDANCE KIM GOLDEN!

  If you are a dental office in need of a temp or someone looking for a new dental position you should contact Kari at Dentu-temps. Kari is professional and reliable. I've used Dentu-temps over 20 years to place temporary and permanent employees such as RDA's and hygienists as well as front desk personnel. I've called on Kari many times to fill an unexpected absence with as little as 1 hour notice and she's never let me down. Kari always sends quality dental professionals as she screens her applicants very carefully. After managing the same dental office for over 30 years I contacted Kari to help me find a new position. She was very supportive and helpful . She gave me some good advice about my old outdated resume and some tips for my interviews. Kari opened the door to some exceptional dentists for interviews and I've been successful in finding a new job that is a great fit. Thank You Kari! So happy in my new job!
