- MBMike BangarDec 23, 20211.0Of every package to go missing in transit or to be misdelivered and sent to another address, the friendly faces at the FedEx Shipping Center are always the ones behind it! Last time I ever dealt with the terrible company they said the gift I had delivered to the apartment for my girlfriend arrived and it never did. Called up the company to see if they dropped it off somewhere else and no one was able to confirm if the package was even on the delivery vehicle! And vest part, when I asked what to do about this, they told me I would have to provide proof to the shopper's so they could replace it, a limited edition item that is NO LONGER IN PRODUCTION. So I can easily say, if you don't care for your packages AT ALL, then you should definitely ship them through FedEx!
- DHDavid HalverMay 9, 20165.0I work in the Prop & Art Dept in the Film Industry, so I've been a regular frequent Kinko's customer for years... actually from the very beginning of the company... and have used various Kinko's all over the greater LA area (Marina del Rey, Hollywood, Burbank, etc.) and this store (Palmdale) has the BEST Customer Service and Support Team of them all. Only thing I miss is the 24/7 hours they used to have before linking up with FedEx. Don't know who the people below spoke with, but I've always been treated with respect and dealt with patient helpful people at the sales counter.
