  Horrible, just plain horrible! I went to return an Amazon item, they said I had to buy a box and sold it to me for $5.98 (for a box). Not just thatvthey made me wait in line just to get my item and have me stand on another line just to pay for the box. SMH. don't go there!

  El servicio al cliente es terrible!! Hoy a las 8;55 am fui al UPS de la. 38045 47th St E Suite E, Palmdale, CA 93552 y estaba una persona que se llama ganga o hago así y no sabe atender! Yo hice la fila que estaba muy larga y cuando por fin era mi turno el dejo mis papeles a un lado y decidió seguir atendiendo a las personas detrás de mi lo cual me parece una falta de respeto completamente! En frente de mi hubo otra señora que enviaba un paquete y el le estaba hablando de forma despota ! Definitivamente pienso que si no tienen el don de servicio al cliente debería de cambiar de trabajo! NO es cierto yo ya le había entregado mis papeles y también mi ID, usted NO tiene ni idea de cómo notarías me pregunto tres veces si yo era la que iba a notariar, tiro mis documentos a un lado y empezó a atender el siguiente cliente SIN ni siquiera decirme permítame atiendo este cliente primero y luego continuar conmigo o decir algo sólo me falto al respecto saltando mi turno después de yo haber hecho una fila bastante larga, NO volveré a este lugar nunca!!! Y cruzando la calle al lado de primos hay otra notaria donde SI saben hacer el trabajo!!!
