HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Huge wait in line, and THEY LIE about the price. I asked TWICE how much it would be to send my package and I was told $19/$21 for ground/priority but then after he spent 10+ minutes to ring it up IT WAS $60!! It would have only been $19 to send it ground but if I wanted to switch to ground I would have to cancel everything and come back the next day and start over!! How difficult is it to give an accurate price when asked repeatedly!! I don't make $24-$30 an hour like they do!! $40 is all I have to spend on groceries for the week and I make way less then half of what they do. How hard is it to give a price quote and why do you think that you shouldn't tell the customer that it is $19/$60 for ground vs priority!! The guy seemed beyond disinterested and I stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting for him to ring it up. I paid the $60 so I needlessly lost $40 just due to his incompetence. DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE!! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT AND THE LINES TAKE FOREVER!! IF IT TAKES 15 MINUTES TO RING UP 1 PACKAGE INCORRECT, YOU CAN UNDERSTAND WHY THE LINE IS SO LONG AND DOESN'T MOVE!! GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE AND SAVE YOURSELF $40 AND THE WASTE OF TIME AND BAD SERVICE

This location never has enough staff at the counter. One person working with at least 20 people waiting. 30+ minutes in line is crazy! Prices continue to rise and service declines.

No wonder this post office has LOW ratings! There's never anyone at the pick-up counter, and they don't bother to even put a note up letting you know. So now after ringing the bell and standing in line, you have to move to the regular line. Tuesday afternoon at 4:00 AND THEY HAVE ONLY ONE TELLER ON DUTY! INEXCUSABLE!!!! DO BETTER PALM SPRINGS!

Last week I realized I had ordered an item that was going to be delivered by USPS, and being in a short term rental, I wouldn’t have access to the mail box. I went in person and requested they hold the package for pick up BUT imagine my surprise and delight when I realized the mail person had left the package at my front door, eliminating the need for another trip to the post office. Many thanks!

Unbelievable how badly organized and run this place is.....50 people or more in line with one person at the counter.....and so few post offices in the valley, it's ridiculous.
