Now we have to file a claim to get our money back and it's gonna take a while. Christmas is going to suck for the kids.

Finally, Mark looked at us, that's it, a look. I said I would like to ship a picture, I had the picture in a frame no glass. He then said, "you want it boxed?" That really seemed to irk him. Then he wanted my ID, I was like heres my husband's. It was just a rediculous experience all around. So this was Tuesday, December 2 at around 3pm. Well, today is Friday and I just received confirmation that the package has been picked up and will be delivered two days later than they said in the store. If they were that backed up, they should have just said so. I included the label creation and the date picked up below.
