This is not the first time and I always lose money because these drivers dont know how to do their job correctly. All they tell me everytime i call is " the driver is trying to retrieve the package" I know its long gone at this point. Now I cant get a refund because its been " delivered successfully" to the wrong person who signed their name, and was handed my package.. he didnt even take a picture of where he left it! 😤 this is very infuriating
