  Frank is exceptionally rude. He would not listen to my questions about my shipment after fedex customer service directed me to call the store the package originated from. Frank should not be in customer service. He interrupted me many times. Refused to hear me speak. Brushed me off to customer service number that instructed me to call the store. I will inform his manager if Frank even relays the message. Don't use this location. Frank is very impatient, speaks in an agitated manner, wont allow the customer a word on the interaction.

  Go-to location for full color, short-run printing. At least 3-4 staff who really know print prep and give great advice. Thanks Fernie and Cameron especially for their technical recommendations. Equipment always works — which is unusual for self-serve. Thanks!

  I just called and was super angry to, Josh I think was his name. Not his fault at all, FedEx AI and a misdelivered package was at fault for my anger. Aaaaanyway, he did get me where I needed to be and did an excellent job at keeping me from escalating further. Any location that has employees like that deserves 5 stars. Whatever his name was, I'm suggesting whatever bonus, raise, etc that he can be given, be given to him.

  I sell items internationally on eBay, and shipping addresses must be an exact match to the invoice to protect against claims of non-delivery. This location is incredibly inconsistent with handling this. I provided a printed invoice with the address highlighted, and it was still incorrectly entered two times. The staff seems aloof and unaffected by the repeated errors. My advice is to save yourself a lot of time and frustration: use a different location, or prepare your package and print your shipping label at home before you go. It's like a really bad comedy skit to deal with the staff here for some reason. It's a simple request to have an address match the printed piece of paper with the highlighted information...why is it so hard for this location in particular? If you do go here triple check the information before you leave.

  Horrible customer service. The lady with the red hair is extremely rude and dismissive. I needed help printing and she wouldn't help me. Never again will I go back to this FedEx because of her and this isn't the first time she's been rude for no reason.
