I visited this location today with a FedEx invoice that was not specific to this store, but was a general FedEx billing invoice. I understand that this location may not directly handle corporate billing matters. However, I was hoping to at least be guided in the right direction.
Unfortunately, Cameron (the manager) and his team were unable to assist, and the interaction felt dismissive. Instead of offering direction or explaining the proper process, I was simply given an 800 number. Another employee made a point to tell me they are a “Shipping and Printing” center, which felt unnecessary and unhelpful given that I was only trying to resolve a FedEx billing issue.
The website would not recognize the invoice number listed on the invoice, and I have not received a response to the email I sent regarding payment. Overall, the experience lacked basic customer service and problem-solving support. Even if the issue couldn’t be resolved in-store, a little guidance and professionalism would have gone a long way.

This is a complaint against the company, not the office that provided service. I sent a package from overnight delivery guaranteed by 10:30 a.m. and it never got out of the local hub. I called FedEx, spoke with multiple Representatives. The last representative I spoke to named Kendall said my package was out for delivery and would be delivered by 12:00 p.m. The package turns out was still in the local distribution center from where I sent it. So Kendall apparently lied to me to get me off the phone. If you need something overnight or anywhere, I would not recommend trusting FedEx ever. I have a complaint into the company about being lied to by one of their employees so I'll see what happens. Probably the worst customer service experience I've ever had.

I don't do reviews, but this location stooped so low in customer service. Cameron the manager told me "this is the risk you take for getting your (new) book bounded". Completely disregarding the fact that his employees failed to communicate with each other about NOT going through with lamination only doing front cover frost page, as I was told before walking out the doors. I called corporate hoping they would assist me with this. They pretty much sided with him and said it was on me for walking into that store, IF i would have shopped online then maybe they would be able to do more for me. What makes me so upset, is there was no accountability, no remorse, no ownership of their mistake, just blatant disregard, and condescension.

We stopped by to ask a question about international shipping to Europe. Laura was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge. She had been to the UK herself, so she has experience with foreign addresses. She helped us perfectly shipping important documents.

Frank is exceptionally rude. He would not listen to my questions about my shipment after fedex customer service directed me to call the store the package originated from. Frank should not be in customer service. He interrupted me many times. Refused to hear me speak. Brushed me off to customer service number that instructed me to call the store. I will inform his manager if Frank even relays the message. Don't use this location. Frank is very impatient, speaks in an agitated manner, wont allow the customer a word on the interaction.
