One person working the window where you can pick up mail and that line was also out the door. Why can't they bring out someone from the back to help out with customers until the line goes down. This is why it's called SNAIL MAIL.

I think community reinforcement needs to do better at handing these broken boxes. Interesting how people in line were complaining it’s the post office fault when there HOAS should do a better job at protecting their mail not the post offices job to walk any mail to door . What they should do is hound their HOAs and police departments.
