Upon arrival, we waited approximately 20 minutes without any acknowledgment from staff, despite us standing in the clearly marked passport service area. Eventually, a staff member asked why we were there, even though our location indicated we were waiting for passport services. We were then informed that no one was available to assist us, despite our confirmed appointment. The staff member also stated, in a rude manner, that we should not have come unless someone had called to confirm the appointment, which was never communicated as a requirement. This experience was unprofessional and disappointing, especially given the importance and time sensitivity of passport services. I hope this feedback helps improve communication and customer service for future visitors.

One person working the window where you can pick up mail and that line was also out the door. Why can't they bring out someone from the back to help out with customers until the line goes down. This is why it's called SNAIL MAIL.
