  They sold me a box twice as big as I needed and then told me that they would cut it to size for no addition charge! It cost me $135 to ship home a few items from my suitcase that I thought would be about $35. I live only 2 states away. Very disappointing. I won't go back.

  Surly employees. Gouging prices. What more can you ask for. Sending the exact package via USPS was half what UPS charges. Ridiculous. Will never walk in that (or any UPS) store again.

  I mailed my daughters brand new PC Gaming system from Palm Desert to North Carolina, it was missing the stand for her monitor and many other very important cords that it needs to run and work. I was under duress as I had to move quickly so I did not take pictures of all that should have been inside. I paid them to pack it safely and they did not include everything I brought with me. It cost over $400 to ship some of my 11 year old daughters computer she just got as a Christmas present. I shipped it to North Carolina and then had to move again. I did not open it until yesterday and it has been in the same box that they packed for me with the $400 charge. I called today and they told me that because it was after 60 days there is nothing they can do. That is absolutely ridiculous why did I pay so much money only to be robbed of very essential pieces of the computer. I am a single disabled mom who has no money and no extra energy to be trying to locate the missing pieces I paid for already and got robbed by UPS from. I don't understand how you can do business this way you charge way too much to be stealing from poor people who are only trying to hold on to their childrens things that they themselves can't afford to rebuy or replace. Sorry isn't going to replace the parts to her computer you either took or forgot to include for her. How Dare you dismiss our claim only after 60 days I did not have the chance to open it until yesterday. I am very unsatisfied and feel as if you take advantage of people at their lowest. And do not even attempt to make it right. I dont have the means to replace what you either took or lost before packing for us now she may never use her computer. I paid extra to have u pack it and make sure it was safe. But you failed and continue to avoid any responsibilities. What does that leave me with now? Nothing. You should really think about how you do your business because this is poison.

  I went into this UPS store to help a friend get something notarized when she was immediately treated by the notary public, disrespectfully dismissive when I called her on it, she got disrespectful to me as well. When I asked to speak to the owner, I’ve got some other employee claiming to be the owner and she was more of a disrespectful than the first one. But after reading the reviews, I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

  I had an excellent experience at the UPS Store! The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the whole process quick and easy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. It’s rare to find such great customer service these days—thank you for making it such a smooth experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!
