  I’ve visited this location twice, and both times the manager created unnecessary obstacles. Most recently, I needed two Express bubble mailers for my shipments. Despite asking for only two, she refused, claiming they were “running low” and wouldn’t be restocked for two weeks. What kind of UPS store runs out of basic packing materials for that long and then denies customers the supplies needed to ship their packages? Between the long lines (primarily Amazon returns) and the manager’s consistently unhelpful attitude, this location is poorly managed. I won’t be returning and recommend finding another UPS Store in the area.

  I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service I received from the UPS store on January 23, 2026. Aware of the potential for unsatisfactory service, based on previous accounts, I approached the return of my Amazon item with some apprehension. Unfortunately, my experience confirmed these concerns. My return package, which had a hand-sized hole on one of its flaps, required minimal sealing. I requested the attending representative to apply three pieces of tape to secure the box. Instead of fulfilling this simple request, I was met with multiple excuses and a hard sell for an entire roll of tape at \$10. When I inquired about the cost of having the representative tape the box for me, I was informed that the amount of tape required would be excessive, with a service charge starting at \$7. This experience reflects poorly on the UPS store's service standards. The representative's inflexibility and apparent prioritization of a tape sale over a simple customer service request resulted in a frustrating and inconvenient experience, requiring an additional trip to rectify the issue.

  Needed to have an important document notarized today. UPS Store was my place to go, I called ahead "the notary will be here until 2 p.m." Arrived 1:45 p.m. to a long line of people doing amazon returns. Waited in line, Got to register at 1:55 p.m. the notary is the person at the register, there are 3 other employees working. I will quote her exact words. "I'm going on my lunch break at 2 p.m. I'm not doing any more notaries today." Currently driving around looking for another mail center to get a notary. Most of us who deal in legal documents all the time will know it takes maybe 5 minutes to notarize a single signature. I would never have acted so important not to help a customer before going on my lunch break. Here is your review.
