- BMBruce MendozaNov 3, 20251.0So I went to UPS today, and they wanted to charge me to tape up the box for an Amazon return— $2, then said $1. I wouldn’t have minded, except last time I went to the same UPS with the same guy, he said the same thing to another customer but ended up saying, “Oh, I’m not gonna charge you, it’s okay.” So why was I going to get charged. I left. I thought that was a little discriminatory. Like, why offer free tape to certain people and not others? Also, I’ve never been to a UPS Store that charges for tape in the first place.

I observed as I was all the way behind the line how she helped everyone out answering questions in the process. The 2 stars is because this place is understaffed. How are you going to have her working on “UPS” small section and also the pharmacy? The line out the door isn’t her fault but she’s trying to hold down the fort. She deserves better.
