She yells at you from her seat while looking at her computer and can't even tell you what the problem is that's preventing you from printing documents. Her appearance and attitude reflect very poorly on this store.

It would have been nice if the other employee assigned in the print and document area was approachable and professional; she probably need a refresher on customer care.
