- KLKami LiddleDec 11, 20251.0WiFi has been out all day. I stopped by first thing in the morning to drop off boxes and was turned away. Was told WiFi would be up soon. Came back at 6pm and was turned away and this time the associate was quite rude. I walked in with about 10 boxes to drop off and she didn’t offer to help I any way… no apologies, no helping me find another location. She seemed more annoyed that she had to stop looking at her phone to address me. Adding to add that I appreciated the response and apology until I stopped by today… I double checked before driving down. Open Saturday’s 9am to 5pm. Doors locked. Lights out. Days before Christmas? No sign on the door even stating that you are closed. Definitely not coming back to this location.

The representatives at the front desk are rude, incompetent and unhelpful. I'm reaching out to corporate as well to let them know how bad this store is being run. I agree with the other reviews here that things changed. I believe after new ownership. Not sure but it's absolutely horrible. It's unfortunate because this is the closest to my work but I will never go to the store again. Absolutely horrible. And it seems like they really don't care.
