  I went into the store to get a quote for a 14x11x10 package to be sent to the UK at regular shipping speed. I had a rough idea as I had input the origin and destination fields on UPS shipping calculator ahead of time. The box had two shoe boxes in it and weighed 6.21lbs. Without weighing or asking for details the person on charge said $500-600. Taken aback I even said you're joking and you haven't even weighed it. He said it's expensive and to go to FedEx down the road I felt it was. That's exactly what I did and with insurance it was $56. What a lazy, disrespectful aand awful way to treat a customer. I'll never go to this store again and btw, even had I chosen UPS based on what the specifics were in terms of origin and destination addresss, it should've been slightly more than $60. Complete waste of time and beware of being fleeced!!

  I'm surprised to see not great reviews for this UPS store. The guys in here have been nothing but kind and helpful EVERY time I come in. Line always moves quickly too. Thanks guys!

  My experience was pleasant. I use this location because it is conveniently located in my town to return packages to Amazon, Zappos, etc... I have also used their fax machine on multiple occasions & they charge a fraction of what the other mail centers in Palisades charge. Parking can prove to be difficult but thats the case with most businesses in the village.

  This place should not have any stars - but it would not let me post unless I clicked on one! Rented a box from this UPS store for a three month period. Paid in full up front, have received countless emails asking me to renew my box yet have NOT RECEIVED ONE PIECE OF MY MAIL. I inquired repeatedly over the last six weeks since I knew that mail was being sent to me. This week I went in to return the keys since I was not getting any mail and SURPRISE! my box was stuffed with mail dating back to the end of May. I asked to speak to the manager or owner and finally the owner returned my call. His position...the US Postal Service was holding my mail. He never once accepted responsibility for my situation. Only wanted to make excuses and offer me nothing in return. Do not use this store. The mail is not put in your box and the employees have no idea what they are doing. From the owner, Dan, down it's an establishment that should be avoided.
