- AAAshMar 25, 20261.0Did a walk in for a passport and they said no availability which is totally fine and understandable. Made an appointment and came in after getting out of work early only for them to tell me the person who does the passports called out. They have full access to my number and my email. (I have received confirmations from both) Incredibly inconsiderate and unprofessional to not at least text me that my appointment was canceled. Had no idea until after getting off work early, driving here, and then waiting in line. Was then told to come in tomorrow at a time I have work. After telling them I have to be at work and won’t be able to come in until 3:30 he told me to go to the Monterey post office. And I will continue to do so for everything because I am petty.

The staff was friendly, and Greg helped us right away, making the experience fun, quick, and easy. He was extremely helpful, kind, and welcoming, and very patient with my kids’ pictures. He had such a positive attitude, answered all of our questions, and provided helpful travel information. I would reccommend and will continue coming here.
