When you selected no box, and no label on your return preferences that is what it should be. Well this store doesn’t honor that instead they asked you to buy a box. I paid for one box as a one time deal three months ago even though I did not need it. Today my wife went to this store to return another item that did not need a box or a label, and the store didn’t take it. They said the item needs to be boxed and you can buy one from us. Customer service at this store it is not up to my standards and I don’t recommend this place for your Amazon returns. Thanks

I saw a customer express her frustration at one of the employees because she felt she should not have to get in line given she is merely dropping off a package. The employee reiterated her request cordially that the customer wait her turn but this only ignited the customer's rage and she showed it. I was impressed by how the employee maintained her composure.
