  This place should be closed down or flagged by UPS for quality control issues. When it comes to mail and potential mail theft or fraud, professionalism and safety protocols should be taken very seriously. Not at this place. I brought a bag of Frontier equipment in to return it and the young man behind the counter was to lazy to remove each item and properly scan each item. So needless to say, I got a nasty gram from Frontier the next day to advise not all of the equipment was returned. Luckily my package hadn't been picked up yet and I was able to drive down, on a Sunday, total waste of my time to make sure all my equipment was still in the package. It was but it's the point that this place doesn't have protocols in place to protect the customer, the employee, the owner and the companies (ieFrontier) It's just incompetence and laziness.

  They say they close at 6:30 but close at 6:10?!? What do you mean they close at 6:30. I just needed to pick up a simple package.

  I have been a UPS box customer since this location opened and I can tell you it has gone downhill. We have attempted various times getting our packages and it is closed. It is unacceptable. They may need to hire more staff to cover the lunch breaks. Another thing why not answer the phones ??? They are never available. Lastly a few days ago their system was down and were not able to notify us of packages which is so inconvenient since we are expecting a lot of packages due to Christmas. The only one person that is always very polite and professional is Jesus. Everyone else needs serious training on customer service.

  One of the least helpful stores. Can’t look up packages, they also charge high prices for print service. Over 5 dollars to print three pages.

  Super Appreciate Jesus. He was kind & he printed my Lost cat Posters. Jesus was very helpful & informative. Great with his customers. Thank you so so much !!!
