- VHveronica hubbardDec 9, 20251.0I have been a UPS box customer since this location opened and I can tell you it has gone downhill. We have attempted various times getting our packages and it is closed. It is unacceptable. They may need to hire more staff to cover the lunch breaks. Another thing why not answer the phones ??? They are never available. Lastly a few days ago their system was down and were not able to notify us of packages which is so inconvenient since we are expecting a lot of packages due to Christmas. The only one person that is always very polite and professional is Jesus. Everyone else needs serious training on customer service.
