Their insurance has been a 2+ year ongoing nightmare. Their service shop caused added damage. I was called an ungreatful female by a service tech. No one from Good Sam will call back or even assist. Email was sent to Marcus Lemois "If you're not happy, we're not happy". Again, zero accountability. Phone calls, with no return calls. My family has lost 3 years of being able to use our rv and make memories.
