Called the company and comes to find out they charged me $39 for a renewal fee/memebership that I never authorized them to do! When I called the women basically stated they get over 100 or so calls a day about this and said I should be refunded. But still! The employee who told us when we signed up should have mentioned this otherwise I would have never done it! That also explaines why they went under in kenosha WI probably!
