So happy to have found an alternative to my local unpleasant post office.

Nope, not even a little bit closed. Second attempt today, ok great. Nope. Text updates say plan on 9:50-11:50 am delivery today. NOPE. Their “attempt” was at 5:08 pm which would be great if it were actually true! My business was open all day and still open right now at 6:01 when I’m writing this. Driver LIED. My coworker even saw the truck!!! No one even came to our door!!!! How can LYING like this be OK?? I try calling the local number; NOPE. I get transferred to the regular 800 number who then transfers me again. Can they reach the driver, NOPE. Can I get someone in the Oxnard office, NOPE. Person on the 800 number says they’ll hold it in Oxnard and it will be available in 48-72 hours… WHAT? This is truly disgusting. Do better FedEx! Do better!!!! At minimum, don’t LIE!
