- ILIrish Marie LeeNov 29, 20251.0This one-star rating is based on the unprofessionalism and questionable conduct we experienced with our mail carrier. A signature-required package was not delivered because the carrier failed to ring the doorbell or knock. We have video evidence showing the mail carrier parked for three minutes before approaching our door only to leave a "missed delivery" slip, claiming we were "not home." This claim is false, as two cars were clearly parked in the driveway, and our house lights (including the lit Christmas tree) were on. The video clearly proves the carrier never attempted to make contact, despite the requirement for a signature. We are extremely disappointed by this incident and the subsequent difficulty we faced trying to discuss this behavior with the Postmaster. This type of service is not new to us, as this specific mailman fails to deliver accurate mail. He gave dropped off someone else’s mortgage in our mail with the WRONG ADDRESS AND WRONG CITY.

They are claiming I left garbage in front of my mailbox (never happened and I have cameras to prove it) and are threatning to not deliver mail anymore to my address if it happens again. Then at the end of the note, they wrote "Please keep it even with mail box after 145." There is no mailbox after 145. What is going on here USPS and why is this behavior allowed?
