They’re constantly juggling an insane workflow—sending, sorting, receiving, labeling, and helping a steady stream of customers without losing their professionalism or their personality. Even when people come in confused, irritated, or clearly out of their depth, the staff stays patient and gets them through it. Amazon returns alone must be a full-time circus, but this Grade-A crew keeps the whole operation running smooth. Solid team, consistently reliable, and genuinely helpful.

The "one" Amazon kiosk is always down- Which is a bummer, because then you're forced to go through Staff when Staff Is rude.(Just go there. See for yourself). The older lady with dark short hair is mean. I said Hello to her once- as I walked in my first time going in. She looked at me with a really mean ugly look & didnt say anything back. She walked away telling her co-worker she's going to lunch. Like Jeeze lady lol. Whatever you have going on at home- I didn't do it?? Haha her co-worker is the same, except he never says anything at all. My 3rd & last time going in was to ship off a package. The address I provided wasn't processing & they were getting really upset with me over it. They were just misspelling the street name wrong. For some odd reason, they wouldnt let me help spell it for them. Finally after some time, they let me help haha. It went through -__- LMAO (Im not even kidding)- They gave me weird vibes right afterwards making me feel super uncomfortable about it. I feel bad for the customers who have no choice but to use this location. Hopfully your experiences are way better than mine!
