This location is pretty convenient and the lady that helped me out was really helpful, kind and efficient. Their system was down for about 5-10 minutes but the way she helped me made me feel comfortable. There are times that it upsets me to wait for “x y” reason but she was so nice, I wasn’t annoyed for the wait time or that I had to pay with cash

And the Orinda USPS mail carrier delivered the Priority box, with a clear green address on it, to the wrong address, and allowed them to sign C.V. for it, when the name is not even close to those initials. It was delivered to the wrong address and wrong name! So now someone in her neighborhood with C.V. initials has my nieces pre-wedding gift, and should do the right thing to make sure she gets it. I am very heartbroken about this and hope that she gets this pre-wedding gift from her aunt. But, the responsibility falls on USPS, and their MAJOR ERROR!!!
