  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years. It used to feel like a small-town business — warm, friendly, helpful staff who actually cared. Sadly, that spirit is gone. This past Sunday( 11/1) around noon, I came in with several Amazon return boxes. The door was closed (presumably for the AC), so I had to juggle heavy boxes while trying to pull open a stiff door. One of the employees stood inside watching me struggle — not busy( there were no customers in the store at all) not helping, not even moving — just watching. When I finally got in and fought with their broken doorstop, he continued to observe in silence until I asked if it was broken. His answer: “Yes.” That’s it. No offer to help with the door. No basic courtesy to let me know that the door stop is broken. Just pure indifference. This used to be the kind of place that made you feel good supporting local business. Now it feels like the opposite — cold, detached, and dismissive. A smile and a little initiative cost nothing, but apparently that’s too much to ask these days.

  Notary was on duty and provided courteous prompt service. Price was good.

  Raj (sp?) the owner helped me ship an important flag case, there were a few hiccups leading up to this but they were able to tell me everything I needed to know about the costs and processes, and helped me understand all my options. Very nice guy and appreciated the extra care.

  I brought some boxes in for shredding including tax returns, old mortgage applications, cancelled checks. I asked what the protocol was for handling documents for shredding and the young man told me we put it by the recycle until it is picked up. I asked, recycle? He caught himself and said that a shredding company comes every couple weeks. I paid the money but as soon as I got home I was nervous and called to ask to speak with a manager. They took my name and no one ever called. I sent two very respectful emails asking how documents for shredding are handled and no reply. I can't imagine someone reading my emails and not replying, or possibly they don't read them? I will never use this store again

  RUN. Miserable experiences here over the last year - most recent peeve is a number of Amazon returns dropped off that have seemingly vanished. The owner would be wise to spend half as much time training employees as he does responding in absentia to Google reviews. Rude and combative owner, rude associates save 1 or 2, who are only bearable by comparison to their coworkers. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.
