  Absolutely ridiculous went to try and grab a package that was left with them and when I asked them about it they just said they didn’t have it without even checking the packages or computers as if they had all the names and packages memorized… So even though I was informed it was left there it’s gone now and I had to reorder and ask for a refund. Smh do better.

  Wouldn’t take an Amazon return even though it was boxed and labeled. Not coming back

  The customer service use to be great. I wonder if it changed ownership. I wish Amazon allowed us to use FedEx where the customer service is much better.

  I’ve been coming to this UPS Store for years. It used to feel like a small-town business — warm, friendly, helpful staff who actually cared. Sadly, that spirit is gone. This past Sunday( 11/1) around noon, I came in with several Amazon return boxes. The door was closed (presumably for the AC), so I had to juggle heavy boxes while trying to pull open a stiff door. One of the employees stood inside watching me struggle — not busy( there were no customers in the store at all) not helping, not even moving — just watching. When I finally got in and fought with their broken doorstop, he continued to observe in silence until I asked if it was broken. His answer: “Yes.” That’s it. No offer to help with the door. No basic courtesy to let me know that the door stop is broken. Just pure indifference. This used to be the kind of place that made you feel good supporting local business. Now it feels like the opposite — cold, detached, and dismissive. A smile and a little initiative cost nothing, but apparently that’s too much to ask these days.

  Notary was on duty and provided courteous prompt service. Price was good.
