- JCjonah coopermanOct 31, 20241.0Avoid this location at all costs! In fact, avoid FedEx completely. I shipped a package through this store. Within one hour, when the driver came to pickup the package, he scanned the package as having been delivered, instead of picking up. As astonishing as it is to think that FedEx's frail systems would allow a package pickup and drop-off locations to be the same, then the driver convinced the employee at the location to sign for the package! At that point, FedEx considered the package delivered (despite the address on the label being out of state!) and the package conveniently and mysteriously disappeared. Yes, this was a high value item. I am unsure what upsets me more; the incompetence or criminality on display.

- MDMichael DanielNov 11, 20134.0The Orinda Village Kinkos/FedEx office is very conveniently located and although they have the typical personnel turnover as more experienced people get transferred and other people take their place, we do a very large volume of business through them and they always are cooperative, professional, friendly, and helpful. Great place to pack, ship, print, and buy supplies.
