The staff’s attitude can completely ruin your mood for the entire day and, in my case, even brought me to tears. No customer should leave a post office feeling upset or humiliated after such a simple request. I would like to share my experience with the customer service at your post office. I came to send a package using my own box. The box was open, and I simply asked for a small piece of tape to seal it. However, the employee refused to provide any tape and told me that I had to buy tape and seal the package myself. I find this situation very disappointing. Providing a small amount of tape to close a package should be a basic part of customer service at a post office. Instead, I was forced to purchase tape unnecessarily, which felt unhelpful and unprofessional. I want to warn future customers: if you plan to visit this post office, make sure to bring all packing supplies with you, including tape, otherwise you may be required to buy them on the spot. I hope management will review this situation and improve the quality of service.

I dont know how they get away with that kind of behavior. Ive worked in customer service for 26 years & it can be frustrating.Im sorry but when someone is kind to you there's no reason to be rude back!
