I dont know how they get away with that kind of behavior. Ive worked in customer service for 26 years & it can be frustrating.Im sorry but when someone is kind to you there's no reason to be rude back!

- HTHeather ThixtonDec 1, 20251.0Your employee SEDRA was incredibly rude and as soon as we walked in she was saying our package was too big and rolled her eyes when asked to check it , instead of going perpendicular to measure the package she tried going all the way around which ended up being to big to which she sarcastically said “Guess what” it’s too big. She continued to roll her eyes the entire time , by the time I rolled in the heavy large package and out and found out that she had actually not measured correctly , I was to upset to go back through another 30 min line to be treated rudely and while having my small 3 year old with me . The worst experience I’ve ever had at the USPS, I am an eBay seller and will choose a different service from now on . SEDRA has also been rude and unfriendly or helpful in the past and I’ve never complained but today she was beyond rude . I hope she is reprimanded for her inadequate ability to communicate and serve your customers in a polite and friendly way while being patient and sure she is doing her job correctly instead of the way she presented today was totally inappropriate. I’m appalled
