  Customer service at the UPS Store in Orangevale, CA on Greenback Lane near Hazel is very good compared to others I have experienced. However, I would say, in particular, that Ryan stands out as exceptional. Ryan has consistently been exceptional in my and my household’s interaction at this branch. Ryan should be commended as an excellent representative for the UPS Store organization.

  I visited this location for my business to drop off several customer orders. Sherla greeted me and promptly assisted me with all of my questions in a courteous and professional manner.   Thoroughly enjoyed my experience today at UPS. There was a long line and Justin was able to teach me how to use the self-checkout so that I could drop off my return for Amazon without waiting. He was super friendly and helpful and didn't make me feel like I was incapable of learning the new technology. I will be going back whenever I need to return things!
