- DCDon Cal1 day ago1.0Unprofessional and unorganised. I have never seen staff that are lazy and take breaks like they do....customers are lining up, every counter deals with 2 or 3 and they're off for a 30 mnts ! They just leave everything and everyone just like that. Very disrespectful behaviour, and performance is zero, additionally they never process anything correctly.
- TDTL D2 days ago1.0I have a simple question about passports and want to go by to verify that my kids picture is acceptable so we can get a new Pic right away if not. I have called about nine times so far to make sure someone from the passport office is in and not at lunch. I am on hold now. Every time it said it will connect me through to an operator. It rang for a about four minutes and then disconnects. I am now going to have to drive down there while sick to maybe find out no one will be in for an hour or so. Ugh!

- SASeek For AdventureMar 4, 20261.0Insufficient Address -if you're expecting a package and you have this issue you are screwed. Some associates here will sweet lips you like a bonafide democrat and tell you some Gavin Newsom hair gel LIES. They will say that they will hold your package like they genuinely care and you can come back the next day and pick it up. Instead of looking at you in the eyes and telling you straight up that your package is in a limbo and there's no way they can hold it or guarantee anything they will instead blow smoke to your face and waste your time. 3hrs of my life that I can't get back. 1.5hrs yesterday and 1.5hrs today.
