You know, I don’t think the actual people that are working behind the desk have bad motives and are carelessly loosing packages. Understaffed and overworked and people complaining to you all day about it surely takes it toll. I’ve never had anything less than polite and efficient workers doing their best.

They seemed to have misplaced my 36$ package somehow, but after a week of phone tag and making calls to usps (trying to figure this out) it showed up on my doorstep! They came through after all!

Went in to drop off a box for overnight service. I arrived 1/2 an hour before the cut off. I was instructed by counter staff to "just take it around back and leave it in the drop off area". I went around back and found a person that told me exactly where to leave it. I checked the tracking the next morning and it wasn't scanned at the location till 2 hours AFTER the cut off time. Even thou I did everything as instructed I had zero proof I dropped it before the cut off time. It didn't arrive on time and I was not given a refund after visiting again in person. Awful service & zero accountability.

Clerk scans my package and sent my package to a random address. I went in on August 8 to have my package that I sold on ebay shipped. I have my QR Broker code on my phone ready and package ready. I walk into the post office this semi bald dude was really nice and guided me how to package my item then ship. He scans my item, i run over to grab a brown envelope to put my package in. This is something i don’t do often btw so i didn’t know the process well. But it went so smooth that i didn’t even bat an eye on the printed label. He asks “Is the label the same address to urs” or whatever question he asked at the end. But I didn’t notice. I just assumed the first scan he initially did to check if my package was priority or not would match with my sellers address. But No Days later I check on my Ebay app and my specific listing for what I sold still reads as “Label has been made waiting for carrier to receive package”. I want to go to this specific usps and talk to the semi bald clerk because how does he mess this up. Again i don’t regularly sell and resell. This is once in a blue moon and to have this completely wrong. Horrible

Being government employees the bar is already set pretty low, but with incompetence, laziness, and lack of training somehow the employees slide underneath it. Don't expect to much from this branch and be prepared to spend some time here.
