The older woman at the counter has twice refused to accept my packages, forcing me to go to other USPS offices (Tustin Orange and Norco), where the staff accepted them with no issue. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and the service here is far below what I’ve experienced at other locations. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

They constantly defer questions to another location without mentioning the contact there. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they responded with " I cannot give that information "
