The older woman at the counter has twice refused to accept my packages, forcing me to go to other USPS offices (Tustin Orange and Norco), where the staff accepted them with no issue. Her attitude was rude and dismissive, and the service here is far below what I’ve experienced at other locations. Very unprofessional and frustrating.

They constantly defer questions to another location without mentioning the contact there. I asked to speak to the supervisor and they responded with " I cannot give that information "

Especially Charito, she's lazy and not helpful with basic services like change of address. They always tell us to go to the Tustin St location, claiming that they don't know anything. They take forever because they're too busy chatting with each other. Don't bother coming here and they close early too and don't let you in 5 minutes prior to closing.
