Your local postal clerk does not set the prices nor do they make the rules. Pay attention, be prepared before you go, and stop yelling at them for things they can’t control.

I then get another notice that they attempted two weeks later (2/7). Nothing in-between? The notice states that it’s my final opportunity or they’re sending it back. Tried to go in with lines out the door. Tried to call and sat to a ring tone for three minutes, twice. No answer. Does anyone even work here?
