    Unfortunately I had the worst experience here at Ups Store 5432. I came here to ship out a Christmas present for my best friend who lives in Texas. I dont usually ship so I had them print a label for me. Fast forward a week since a I shipped it out and my friend still hasn't received anything. While I look into it, it turns out my package ended up in Nebraska. Turns out the Ups store employee printed out the wrong label and used it for my package. The Ups store fails to take any accountability for a mistake they made on their end. So now my friend missed out on a great Christmas gift, im out of money, but at least they refunded the 3.23 which they charge to print a label. On the bright side Mark was a great help. Everyone communicated through Mark, I have called a few times to speak to a supervisor or manager and no one ever got back to me. Mark shouldn't be taking calls like this because he's just an employee the managers and supervisor should really be fired because how could they not once get back to me. For the owner reading this give Mark the position and take accountability for the mistakes of your employees.

    Online said 10 a month for a mailbox came here and they want 102 for 3 months rip off post office is like 100 for three months and you can access you mail early then here.

    I just got 500 business cards printed here, and won’t be going anywhere else in town for my printing/business needs! Naresh is the absolute best and made the experience a breeze. There are closer options for me, but I’ll be making my way here whenever I’m in need.
