    I just got 500 business cards printed here, and won’t be going anywhere else in town for my printing/business needs! Naresh is the absolute best and made the experience a breeze. There are closer options for me, but I’ll be making my way here whenever I’m in need.

    One of the worst experiences I've ever had. My wife and I are senior citizens and we were ignored for over 15 minutes. I was hoping to send my son photos of our trip a month ago. When we finally were helped, we were talked down to as if we were bothering the staff. Would mot recommend dealing with this store. I found another one 2 miles farther and yes it's out of the way, but I wouldn't want to feel disrespected as I was.

    WOW! It was my first time in the store and I was so impressed! 1. The store is beautiful and 2. the staff is second to none. I went to the WRONG UPS Store location. My fault! And, Nery was amazing! She listened to me. I felt like she really cared and was concerned. She made a couple of phone calls on my behalf and was able to locate my print job at another store. She even offered to have them picked up and delivered to the Orange store, if that was more convenient for me. I am so blown away. It is not very often that I run across such wonderful customer service. They are doing it right over there! I cannot recommend this store highly enough. I will be back!!
