  Service and friendliness and willing to help are always above and beyond here. No matter how busy they are, they’re always eager to help! Every time I come in here, it’s a pleasant experience. Even for things that are not UPS related such as Amazon returns, they are generous and still eager to help with a great attitude. The lines move fast, and it’s a comfortable environment. Cleanly kept store.

  This is our local UPS store - they are very generous, They allow you to use their tape for free - They’re very detailed and they’re just super nice. I believe it’s family owned and we’ve been coming here for three years. I love the service here and I keep coming back. Thank you simran!!! And “Mike!” Thanks !

  Time and time again, I have meant to give credit where credit is due! This UPS Store has been in my neighborhood for years, however this ownership has not. I feel like family when I visit this store due to the customer service, professionalism and knowledge. Aside from all of that which is most important, I shipped a package at this location a few days ago and about an hour or two later I was unable to locate the brand new iPhone I had just purchased. So, I called my phone in hopes of locating it. A kind woman answered and when I explained I misplaced my iPhone, she responded, “we have been waiting for your call.” It was one of the team members at the UPS Store I had just visited. When I arrived and explained it was me that had left my phone they smiled, verified it was my phone and were genuinely happy they had recovered my iPhone and returned it to the rightful owner. LOVE THIS KIND OF HUMANITY!!!!! I will never use another shipping service other than my neighborhood UPS Store!!!! Brett Baugh Orange, CA 92869

  Went in for a simple notary signature. Employee said the standard federal form wasn’t written properly and would only notarize on a separate attached form. Weird deal since I’ve gotten the same form notarized twice somewhere else with no issues. Save your time and go to the next notary
