Not only did my package not arrive overnight when I called they promised it would be delivered the next day before 8am. Still wasn’t went into this UPS Store and the employee told us to get out. He was too busy to deal with are type of issues.

Using them for our office needs has been wonderful, from making forms and copies to shredding services and shipping it's been perfect for all our business needs. The staff is always so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Bethany and everyone else have been such a pleasure to work with. It's great for our personal shipping needs as well. 24 hour access to our p.o. box is a definite plus.

I am amazed at how many box size choices they have in that store. They can find the right size box meeting my needs without cutting it, thus maintaining the integrity of the box strength.
