- RSRyan Schmidt1 day ago1.0I called this location with a question 20 minutes prior to closing and was asked to be put on a brief hold. I was on hold for 25 minutes the store closed and was still on hold. Nobody ever picked my call back up. I arrived at the location one minute after closing still on hold and the guy signaled from behind the counter they were closed. I pointed to my phone with the store phone number telling him to answer because i was on hold and i got ignored. I wish I could give zero stars but google won’t let me.

He took time to show me the correct way to return it through the UPS store. I heard him speaking on the phone to a customer and he was polite and helpful to him also. I assumed Johnny was the owner but he isn't. The owner of this location needs to be thankful for Johnny because he displays wonderful customer service. It's rare these days to fine amazing employees like him. I will bring my business here from now on.
