Not the norm for most UPS Stores. Chris patiently worked at getting all of my Christmas packages packed and shipped out before Christmas. I had a few packages ship to London and They gave me a choice of UPS or DHL. I did not know the UPS Stores Offered DHL. DHL was way cheaper than UPS. Nice when you can do a whole lot in one place and have a choice. Great customer service.
