Get there at 1:49, they call a guy over to do the TSA he walks over with an attitude saying there’s no appointments today. I go to grab my phone and he then says well I’m going to lunch because you are late. I tried to talk and show my appointment window time, apparently the guy was starving and couldn’t be bothered as he takes lunch EVERYDAY (as he said) at 1:50 until 2:30. So he told me to sit and wait for him to come back, then walked away from me. A simple “oh gosh I’m so sorry I didn’t see the appointment can you come back” would’ve been better than yelling in staples that you HAVE to take lunch EVRYDAY at a time you can schedule an appointment in.
